Ego Kippot yarmulkes are not standard items that can simply
be added to the shopping cart and paid for.
They are personalized item that require the maximal attention during the order process in order to ensure the maximal satisfaction of the customer.
That is why we need to build your order very carefully.
In every Personalization Option page you will find an inquiry form that will let you enter your order requirements.
As we will receive your form, we will put together your order details
in a detailed message, add a PayPal payment button and email them to you asking to confirm by paying or to correct.
Honest shipping charges
We charge you the cost of shipping according to
package weight. All items are fully insured against mail loss
or damage.

are collected to allow us to process and fulfill your orders and
to notify you of your order status. When you pay online for your
EgoKippot purchase, your billing information is collected by PayPal,
our secure online payment collector and it will be processed by
PayPal for billing purposes only. Your billing information
will not be transferred to EgoKippot.com.PayPal is a Better
Business Bureau Member company that collects payments for thousands
of businesses worldwide. If you see a charge by "PayPal" on your bank statement, chances are that you or a member
of your family purchased an EgoKippot.com product.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing
Act
Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold
you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges.
If your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your
bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to
conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us
a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal check.
Our refund policy
Every item we ship has been made with love and responsibility!
Besides, it has been carefully inspected before packaging and
shipping. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt
or you are not satisfied, please wrap it back properly and send
it to the address above.
We will provide a complete refund without penalties to any customer
who initiates a return of products to EgoKippot.com within 30
days from the date of delivery. |
