Kippot size

Our suede and satin yarmulke standard size of 5½ inches diameter (14 cm) can fit virtually anybody's head: from a toddler to an adult. Smaller or bigger sizes are available upon request.

Ordering process

Ego Kippot yarmulkes are not standard items that can simply be added to the shopping cart and paid for. They are personalized item that require the maximal attention during the order process in order to ensure full satisfaction to you, the customer. That is why we need to build your order very carefully.

Payment

As we receive your form, we send you an email message including all your order details and a PayPal payment link asking to confirm or correct.
If you don't feel comfortable paying online, you can also send us by mail a personal check (US Dollars only) or make a wire transfer (any currency).

Secure orders

Your order Information: order details, name, email address, mailing and delivery address, telephone and fax numbers, order details are collected to allow us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. When you pay online for your EgoKippot purchase, your billing information is collected by PayPal, our secure online payment collector and it will be processed by PayPal for billing purposes only. Your billing information will not be transferred to EgoKippot.com.
PayPal is a Better Business Bureau Member company that collects payments for thousands of businesses worldwide. If you see a charge by "PayPal - Ugo Luzzati" on your bank statement, it means that you or a member of your family purchased an EgoKippot.com product.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act

Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. If your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce with us. However, you may also send us a personal check in US Dollars or make a wire transfer in any currency.

Process time

If we have the color in stock, we process bulk orders in 3 business days, otherwise may take 7 days - always with advance notice.

Honest shipping charges

We ship all over the world charging just for the postage cost according to Israel Post's price list.
In the quote that we'll send you after receiving your Order Inquiry Form, we'll specify shipping cost as well according to ship quantity and country.
All items are fully insured against mail loss or damage.

Refund policy

Every item we ship has been made with love and responsibility! Besides, it has been carefully inspected before packaging and shipping. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt or you are not satisfied, please wrap it back properly and send it to the address above.
We will provide a complete refund without penalties to any customer who initiates a return of products to EgoKippot.com within 30 days from the date of delivery.
